Heather Schaefer
 Heather
was raised in Sacramento and moved to Rocklin in
1994 to pursue a career as a high school teacher
and Varsity coach. After 12 years at Rocklin High
School and 3 kids in as many years, Heather changed
careers and became a Realtor. Thanks to the strong
connections and relationships developed while teaching,
Heather runs most of her business “By Referral Only”
and relies strongly on the Brian Buffini 'Work by
Referal' System. Heather enjoys working with clients
