Vincent Scuncio brings the experience of over 10 years and 900 Mortgage transactions to Realty First. He specializes in zero-down home loans and low down payment investor loans as well as sub-prime and hard money transactions. Vince and his team of technicians make the loan process seem effortless and easy. Handling all parts of the loan process including locking the best interest rate, ordering appraisals, choosing the program that best fits the borrower’s needs all while keeping everyone well informed during the process is their specialty. Vincent will work hard to find the best combination of rates, fees and programs to fit individual financial requirements.  Vincent was born and raised in California. He spent 11 years in the US Navy as a Weapons Technician and has traveled all over the world, including such exotic locations as the Philippines, Russia, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, Thailand, Sweden, Italy, Greece and Spain to name a few. He also was stationed in the Persian Gulf on various missions including Desert Shield and Desert Storm. After his honorable discharge from the Navy in Panama City, Florida, Vince moved back to California to settle and raise his son and daughter. He now lives in Penryn and is active in a variety of community functions.
